Do you ever dream of making it through the finish line, but don't know how to get started? Are you looking to get in some extra cardio in your fitness routine? Do you need help staying motivated to run? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then our Running Club is for YOU!!!
This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to anyone, not just FIT4MOM members. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc. *Strollers welcomed! All children must be in strollers on the day you meet since you will actively be running on the day you meet.
We are limiting this session to 12 participants. Deadline to register is August 31st.
What do you get with your session?
--Small group session setting
--Private Facebook accountability group
--Meet throughout St. Johns/St. Augustine every Saturday morning for your weekly run
--9 meetings/sessions with a certified Run Club instructor (1 of the meetings is an orientation)
--Entry into the St. Augustine Half Marathon Weekend for either 5K or 10K (Strollers are NOT permitted on race day)
