Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Classes our held in St. Johns/North St. Augustine, Tuesday-Friday (and some Saturdays, too)!
Stroller Barre® is a 60 minute cardio and strength interval class focused on vertical core work designed to improve posture, stability and mobility simultaneously. This workout brings together moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness and yoga. The classes will help mama regain posture and alignment while strengthening her body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help mom reconnect with her body, increase flexibility and develop long, strong muscles.
Classes are held every Monday morning.
Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago! Classes run in 8 week sessions. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class in a small group format.
Classes are held every Monday & Wednesday night.
FIT4BABY® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. The class includes cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training. Mom-to-be can begin Fit4Baby at any point during pregnancy, and the program follows the most up-to-date ACOG guidelines. The workouts are scientifically-based, purposeful and accommodate a mom’s changing body.

Our Village, our free mom's club, supports all moms, in all stages of motherhood. Join us for Moms Night Out, playgroups, book clubs, family events, charitable events, and more are offered depending on your interests! Together we can help each other find our common strength for motherhood!
